Wow Team GB are having an amazing games, and with so many of our greatest athletes doing so well, who could help but be inspired.
I have done my Sunday treadmill run, although I do struggle now, as since joining the Plymouth Musketeers I really prefer to run outside, but today I ran my own PB Lol! Picking up the lingo to boot.
